What should I bring to class?

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, and an open mind ready to relax and breathe. For online classes see the additional information for how to do this and set up at home *in the online class booking section(.

Are drop-ins allowed?

Yes, drop-ins are welcome when space allows; booking is recommended.

Is meditation included?

Yes, meditation, pranayama, and mudras are part of each session.
